Thanking Dr. Gregory Patton and Compass Oncology

Dr. Gregory Patton is a practicing radiation oncologist with Compass Oncology at their Rose Quarter location.

Dr. Patton learned of Project Access NOW through his practice’s business office and he joins the rest of his partners in seeing, as a group, dozens of Project Access NOW patients a year. Compass Oncology has a long tradition of doing what they can to provide care for uninsured patients.

When Dr. Patton has a patient referred to him, he can focus on the clinical realities up front and not worry about whether or not the patient has insurance.

The relationship between Project Access NOW and Compass Oncology is viewed favorably because Project Access NOW provides a structure that allows the physicians and their staff to follow through with whatever may be necessary to treat the patient. Often, that means a referral for additional services elsewhere.
