What assistance do you offer?

We can help you apply for health insurance or renew your coverage. We can also help you understand your benefits including notices sent by your insurance provider. For certain plans, we can help pay premiums via our Payment Support program.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in the Lloyd District of NE Portland. However, we recommend making a virtual appointment, calling, or emailing us for faster service.

Am I eligible for payment support?

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for payment support:
* Household income must be below 400% of the federal poverty limit
* Must be a resident of Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington County
* Must be enrolled in a silver-level plan on the Marketplace with Kaiser, Moda, Providence, or PacificSource
* Must be eligible for and accept the full tax credits offered
* Must not be eligible for other qualified health insurance (ex: employer plan, Medicaid, Medicare)

I am undocumented. Do I qualify for health insurance?

As of July 1, 2023, people of all ages who meet income and other criteria qualify for full OHP benefits and other services and supports, no matter their immigration status.
