Dr. Tseng joined Neighborhood Health Center in 2021 after serving as Associate Professor of Family Medicine, OHSU School of Medicine and as Associate Chief Medical Officer at OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center. In this role she served as senior physician leader, providing physician oversight of outpatient operations for 18 primary and specialty care practices.
Prior to this, Dr. Tseng was the medical director at OHSU Gabriel Park, a practice of 13,500 patients in SW Portland where she supervised 18 faculty physicians in their clinical practice and 11 resident physicians in their clinical education and practice.
Dr. Tseng attained her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at New York Presbyterian – Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Dr. Tseng obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare from OHSU.
