Anna is an expert at integrating health care services to meet the medical and social needs of patients throughout the continuum of care. She has worked in a variety of quality of care and operational leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente since joining in 2005. She is currently the Director of Continuum of Care Operations and collaborates closely with many community organizations and health systems to coordinate solutions for high-risk members. Anna has a master’s degree in Public Health from Northern Illinois University, and a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.
In her free time, Anna loves traveling with her husband and daughters, running, and watching her kids play softball.
