Health Insurance Payment Support
How Payment Support Works
Health Insurance Payment Support
For qualified individuals, we will pay the insurance premium every month for your Marketplace insurance plan through the end of the year, as long as you qualify. We will help you update your account on the Marketplace as needed.
Writing Off Health Insurance Bills
Check with your health plan before setting up a medical appointment to make sure it will be covered by your insurance. When necessary, we will try to get bills for healthcare services written off (cancelled) for you.
Costs that the program is not able to get written off and medical co-pays are your responsibility.
Medication Co-Pay Assistance
You may also get prescription co-pays removed if you take your Project Access NOW ID card and health insurance card to the pharmacy.
- Medications must be covered by your insurance. Ask your health plan to find out if a medication is covered.
- Pick up your medication at an in-network pharmacy. It may be easier to pick up your prescription at Costco, Fred Meyer, or Walgreens because they are familiar with processing this benefit.
- If the pharmacy does not waive the co-pay it is your responsibility to pay.
- Contact Payment Support if your card is denied for a covered medication.
